Leadership Clovis Now Accepting Applications for 2025-2026

CLOVIS, NM — The Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 class of Leadership Clovis, the Chamber’s flagship leadership development program designed to identify, educate, and inspire emerging community leaders.

Leadership Clovis provides an in-depth look at key areas of the region including economic development, education, agriculture, Cannon AFB, nonprofits and local and state government, to name a few. The program equips participants with leadership tools and fosters connections that support long-term personal and professional growth — all while deepening their understanding of the community they serve.

The new program year will kick off in August with an orientation event, followed by the first official class on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Participation is limited, and all applicants must be current members of the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce. The application deadline is Thursday, July 31, 2025.

“We invite passionate professionals who are ready to grow as leaders and make a difference in our community,” said Ernie Kos, Executive Director of the Chamber. “This program has created an incredible network of alumni who are now serving in influential roles across Clovis and Curry County.”
