City of Clovis Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plan-Community Surveys

The City of Clovis has kicked off the planning process for the Metropolitan Redevelopment Area (MRA) Plan. As part of the planning process, the consultant, Consensus Planning, has created three separate surveys that ask a range of questions regarding how to stimulate new public and private investment to improve the social and physical conditions in these two areas of Clovis, as shown in the two maps below. The three surveys have been prepared in English and Spanish as follows:

• MRA Residential Survey (for completion by people living within the MRA 1 or 2 designated areas)
• MRA Business Owner Survey (for business owners living within the MRA 1 or 2 designated areas)
• General Public Survey

• Encuesta para los residentes de las zonas designadas para reurbanización (MRA 1 & 2)
• Encuesta para propietarios de negocio
• Encuesta para el público general

The results of the surveys will be analyzed and provide direction in preparing the City of Clovis MRA Plan. Hard copies of the surveys have been mailed to each address within the two MRA boundaries and are available at City Hall and Clovis-Carver Public Library. The survey will be open until September 28, 2020.
