Chamber Celebrates Leadership Clovis Class of 2023

Apply for 2024 Leadership Clovis Class by July 28 at 5 p.m. MT

(Clovis, New Mexico) Friday, May 19—This week, the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce proudly honored 22 members of the 2023 Leadership Clovis class during a graduation ceremony at Clovis Civic Center. With a special keynote speech and valuable leadership perspective from Clovis Municipals School’s Superintendent Renee Russ, as well as inspiring words from Clovis Alumni Chair Claire Burroughes, the ceremony commemorated the students’ completion of ten months of leadership seminars, business tours, teambuilding workshops, fundraising projects and more.

The Chamber is now accepting applications for participants in the 2023-2024 Leadership Clovis class. All applications must be filled out completely and submitted by July 28 at 5 p.m. MT. About Leadership Clovis:
Leadership Clovis is the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce’s flagship leadership program, dedicated to developing professionals who will assume leadership roles in their companies and the community. Since the first Leadership Clovis class graduated in 1988, the program has continued to grow and create a city where citizens take an active role in determining the course of their community’s growth. Each year from September through May, participants spend the second Wednesday of each month at various locations around Clovis to learn about the community’s inner workings. Leadership Clovis is open to all Chamber members and their employees. Spots are still available for the 2023-2024 class.
