About Us
We are a full service catering operation. Our menu options range from elegant to casual. We provide tastings at your convenience to try different menu options before your special event. We have catered events as small as 15 people and as large as 1,200. Our catering events have varied from bank parties, annual meetings, weddings, baby showers, bridal brunch, bachelorette parties, brandings, hunting camps, graduation parties - you name, we can do it.
We also have a mobile food trailer specialist in Navajo Tacos, red and green Chile, brisket and Gouda stuffed Navajo Tacos, green Chile cheeseburgers, pimento cheese burgers, beef tacos and chile cheese fries.
We make weekly deliveries to Clovis, Texico, Portales, Melrose, Tucumcari and Logan for our take n bake casseroles. They come frozen with full heating instructions.
Whether you choose to let us cater your special event, come and eat at our food trailer or try one of our casseroles just know that you will be receiving fresh and homemade meals always. We take great pride in our food service and customer service.
