Registered Nurse (RN) Needed at Community Homecare
The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the supervision of our Clinical Services Director, Clinical Services Administrator, and Agency Director.Responsibilities include but are not limited toAdministering patient medications/treatments in clients' home,Monitoring clients' health status and vital signs,Providing in-home patient wound care,Communicating with the interdisciplinary skilled team about client updates and status,Working on-call hours during designated weekends.RequirementsMust have Registered
