Physical Therapist (PT)
As a physical therapist for Community Homecare, responsibilities include but are not limited to educating patients regarding the importance of ergonomics and posture, providing gait and balance-improvement training, communicating with the interdisciplinary team regarding patients' plan of care, scheduling patient visits, charting visit notes, ensuring patient safety during treatment sessions, obtaining necessary adaptive equipment for patients, and attending continuing education courses for licensure as needed. This position will be full-time, Monday through Friday, 40-hour weeks.
