Delivering Great Customer Service Workshop

The Clovis Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is pleased to host a customer service workshop to inform area businesses how to deliver and maintain excellent customer service. The workshop, entitled, “Delivering Great Customer Service; How to Deliver on a Promise and Keep Customers Happy,” will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Business Enterprise Center, 105 E. Grand Ave. in Clovis, NM and will be presented by Pam Atherton. Pam is an award-winning talk show host, keynote speaker, and workshop moderator.

The workshop will focus in on ensuring businesses not only understand their customer’s needs and desires, but provide detailed service tailored just to that specific customer base. The marketplace in today’s business society is ever-changing and the event will cover how to adapt to customer diversity, establishing positive company culture, and dealing with difficult customers. By the end of the workshop attendees shall be able to comprehend the differing backgrounds of customers, strategies for dealing with unhappy customers, identifying customer wants, and tactics for delivering excellent customer service.

Registration is mandatory for attendance to this beneficial workshop and can be done via phone or online. The cost to attend is $30, or $25 if a member of the chamber.
