SUMMARY:Draggin' Main & Gearhead Gathering 2021
DESCRIPTION:Since the 40's draggin' Main Street has been tradition in Clovis and many other communities around the world!  In Clovis\, this activity was THE social event for all high-schoolers and young adults.  This was our Facebook before there was internet!  Main Street was where boys met girls\, where friends gathered to talk about everything under the sun\, where street light drag races were common\, where disputes were started and settled\, where dates were spent\, and even where people went to find parties.  This tradition went on until the early 1990's.\n\n \n\nEven without the musical performances\, the DMMF Committee expects the 2021 event to draw more people and cars than previous years. Two celebrity guests   Steve Darnell from Discovery Channel's "Vegas Rat Rods\," and former "Garage Squad" co-host Heather Storm   are on track to attend the Gearhead Gathering on Saturday\, June 19\, 2021.\n\n\n\nWe hope Draggin Main will not only be a fun event\, but will carry on a tradition for the entire family!
