This application form is applicable to the City of Clovis for the Development Incentive Act for land, buildings or infrastructure for retail. A nonrefundable application-processing fee of $1,000.00 payable to the City of Clovis must be submitted to CED in addition to the online submission of the LEDA Retail Application.
